What a fantastic March Stated Communication. We had the honor of recognizing two of our Brethren for 60-years of faithful service to the Fraternity.
We were expecting District Instructor of Work, WOR Michael J King, for District 1B to join us on this evening; however, he was called away for another engagement. Fortunately, in WOR King's absence, our Marshall, RW John Shroeder, made a wonderful presentation on the life and works of Bro Joseph Fort Newton. Bro Newton contributed greatly to the betterment of the Craft. Most people attribute his work, "The Builder's," as one of his single greatest contributions to mankind. I was so excited about the book that I purchased it as soon as I got home - and now have my own copy.
Also, we will have a Called Communication for the purpose of initiating two candidates as Entered Apprentices on March 26th at 7:00 PM! Please join us if you are available. We could always use the help and support.
Sincerely & Fraternally,
Jason M. Himsey
